Getting here

The  meet-up will be late morning on the first day of your holiday at Bologna (BLQ) airport.  (About 11.30am) This means you are up in the mountains for lunch time and can enjoy the first day of your holiday settling in.

If you are already in Bologna, you can take the little aerobus shuttle which runs every 11 minutes and takes 18 minutes to the city centre.

On the last day you will  be taken down to the airport in the morning so look for flights after 11am.

Bologna airport is an efficient little airport with shops and cafes where you can sit if you are early. There is a left luggage facility if you want to leave a case and take the aerobus into Bologna for a couple of hours.

Trains in Italy are very efficient and inexpensive.  You may want to add a few days in a famous city, to your art holiday, by using the train services (Florence, Venice, Milan for example) www.trenitalia.it    or  www.italo.it.

You may wish to hire a car to have more flexibility and you can certainly park it safely in the courtyard.

If you need advice just email or phone...   I am happy to help.
